PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

SealMax ? 7 is specially formulated with a high molecular weight polymer-based waterproofing agent suitable for ready-mixed concrete plants and other special site-mixed concrete work. SealMax ? 7 minimizes the concrete porosity and increases the compactness of concrete, thereby greatly improving the impermeability and also strength of concrete.

APPLICATIONS

SealMax ? 7 is used mostly in concrete reservoir, dams, swimming pools, concrete water tank, basement concrete walls, concrete gutters and roof slab of the building.

Specific Gravity: (25°C) 1.05 ± 0.02g/cm³

DOSAGE

Dosage rates vary dependent on mix design, process, aggregate type, and the desired effect, but typically: 0.3% - 0.8% by weight of cement (binder).

The correct dosage should always be determined by laboratory and batch trials. For better performance use together with water reduction-based CEMAX F and G series admixtures.

STORAGE

SealMax ? 7 should be stored undercover and protected from extreme temperatures, if stored between the ranges 5°C to 40°C the product will have a minimum shelf life of 12 months.

PACKAGING

20 liters pail, 200 liters drum and 1000 liters IBC tank.
