PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

CEMAX G-110 is an economical mid-range Superplasticizer base upon blended of 3rd generation Superplasticizer with modified Lignosulphponate. specially designed to enhance workability, strength and durability of concrete.

APPLICATIONS

CEMAX G-110 is particularly suitable for Bridges and infrastructure, precast concrete elements, ready-mixed concrete work, and bored piling works.

DOSAGE

Dosage rates vary dependent on mix design, process,

Aggregate type and the desired effect but typically: 0.7% - 1.5% by weight of cement (binder).

The correct dosage should always be determined by laboratory and batch trials.

CEMAX G-110 complies with the requirements of BS EN 934-2 and ASTM C-494

STORAGE

CEMAX G-110 should be stored undercover and protected from extreme temperatures, if stored between the range 5°C to 40°C the product will have a minimum shelf life of 12 months.

PACKAGING

20 liters pail, 200 liters drum and 1000 liters IBC tank.
