CEMAX B-900 is specially formulated with organic copolymer to delay the initial setting of the concrete mixed. A special feature of the B-900 is that, after the planned set delay, the rate of concrete hydration is starting to get the optimal strength rapidly. It controls the concrete slump drop rate and enhances the workability of concrete. It is specially designed for hot weather concreting work.
APPLICATIONS
CEMAX B-900 is used in Ready Mixed Concrete Plants and is especially used in situations where extended setting times are desirable, such as when working with large volumes of concrete and in hot weather conditions. CEMAX B-900 can also be used in Concrete paving, ShotCrete work, Grouting work and Precast concrete to achieve better workability, better flow and improved finishing.
ADVANTAGES
? Preventing the formation of cold joints in large pours.
? Reduces the risk of pump blockage.
? Reduces cracking and better finishing.
? Extended working time
? Improve strength of concrete by providing more time for the cement to hydrate and bond.
